Christopher Ecclestone is a principal, mining analyst and commodity strategist at Hallgarten & Company and is based in London. He has been the CEO and director of our listed companies on the TSX and TSX-V. Prior to founding Hallgarten & Company in 2003 he was the head of research at an economic think tank in New Jersey which he had joined in 2001. Before moving to the U.S., he was the founder and head of research at the Argentine equity research firm, Buenos Aires Trust Company, from 1991 until 2001. Prior to his arrival in Argentina, he worked in London beginning in 1985 as a corporate finance and equities analyst and as a freelance consultant on the restructuring of the securities industry. He is a native of Melbourne, Australia. He graduated in 1981 from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
Joseph Miller Director
Joseph Miller is a Washington D.C. based strategic advisor focusing on defense related issues and strategic metals. He has 30 years working with the United States Military and has served at the operational and strategic levels in Europe, the Middle East, Korea, Central Asia and Latin America working with partner nations on resource security and development. He is also an international law attorney with extensive experience in inter-governmental relations and resource management within Europe and Africa.

Joseph holds a Master’s in Strategy and Policy from the United States Army War College, a law degree from the University of Baltimore in Maryland, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Loyola University.

Joseph is currently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia as a senior advisor to the Government of Saudi Arabia focusing on their Vision 2030 Transformation and their development of strategic industries.

Hugh Oswald
Non-executive Director

Mr. Oswald has over 20 years of success in the public and private markets conducting investor relations and direct marketing.

He specializes in raising capital for public companies and holds a degree from the San Diego School of Business Administration. Hugh has significant expertise in best communication practices for issuers. Passed Board member of Hawkmoon Resources Corp. and Molten Metal Corp.
